We are thrilled to welcome everyone back to College Station, Texas, for the 38th Annual TAMP Convention this year!
Each summer, the Texas Association of Meat Processors brings together meat processing plants from across the state for a convention centered on connection, education, and collaboration. The TAMP Convention provides a valuable opportunity to engage with fellow members, share firsthand experience, and gain fresh insights into a wide range of topics impacting our industry. Don’t miss the chance to build meaningful connections, expand your knowledge, and celebrate our industry together.
All new and current TAMP members are invited to attend, and we hope you will join us. Before registering, please be sure that your company’s 2026 Annual Membership Form (or New Member Application) has been submitted along with payment for the required Annual Membership Dues.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Sponsorships are a great way to enhance your company's presence at the Convention by providing a valuable platform to engage with others in the industry, while supporting the mission of TAMP to promote ongoing educational advancement within the meat processing industry.
Several sponsorship packages are available for both Plant & Supplier Members again this year! A copy of the 2026 TAMP Sponsorship Opportunities Packet, along with our online Sponsorship Selection Form, will be available below. All sponsorships are sold on a first come, first served basis.

Plant Registration :
To attend the 2026 Convention, you must be a Current TAMP Member.
Annual Membership Dues will be processed by each organization separately.

Even if you cannot attend the convention this year, we encourage you to maintain your TAMP Membership. This helps ensure continuity of membership, including related communications, with our organization. We appreciate your continued support!
Attention NEW Plants & Suppliers:
If you would like to join TAMP and attend the 2026 Convention, both organizations would love to have you!
- For New TAMP Members, please submit the New Member Application Form in lieu of the TAMP Member Dues Form.

For ease of payment and streamlined recordkeeping, Class Entries for the Product Show are included in the online Convention Registration process.
- Entry Forms and all required documentation for product submissions are included in the 2026 Product Showcase Packet.
- Note: The Declaration Form, found on the last page of this packet, is required for EACH Product Entry.
- Please print a copy of this page for each product and bring the COMPLETED Declaration Form with you to Check In Saturday morning.

New Plant Referral Raffle:
To encourage New PLANTS to join TAMP, we are offering a Referral Raffle with a small prize to be awarded during the Convention.
Current TAMP Members will receive (1) Raffle Entry for Each New Member Application Form that is Submitted by a New PLANT (with Paid Dues), when their name is listed as the referral contact on the form.

2026 Product Showcase
The STEAKS are high when the competition is Texas‑sized! Every year, the TAMP Processed Meats Product Showcase stands out as one of the convention’s most highly anticipated events. Plants attending the convention from across the state come together to compete in a variety of categories, all vying for top honors -and ultimate bragging rights as the TAMP Product Showcase Grand Champion!
